FEE AGREEMENT

Pursuant to the terms and conditions herein and in the Client’s Application, Client hereby employs and agrees to pay Credit Justice, Inc. ("Firm") to represent Client for the purpose of performing any act necessary and proper on behalf of Client relating to inaccurate, unverifiable and/or outdated information contained in Client's credit profiles and/or credit bureau reports. This is not a debt consolidation or bill payment program.

We must receive a Tri-merge credit report or individual credit reports from the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and Trans Union) to start the credit repair process. Immediately upon receipt of your application the Firm will establish a private, secure web page for you to view the status and progress of your account. The Firm will perform a credit review, and an analysis of your credit reports to identify the negative items that are lowering your credit score. Your secured web page will display all of the negative items that we found as a result of our credit review.

As soon as Credit Justice Inc. receives your tri-merge credit report we will analyze your report, identify all of the derogatory items that are lowering your credit score, and display those items on your secured web page in the form of a Dispute Worksheet. When the Dispute Worksheet is posted to your web page you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that it is available for your review. You then agree to promptly examine the Dispute Worksheet and identify which items are inaccurate or outdated and accordingly, which items you want us to dispute. Remember to specify the reason why each item is inaccurate or specify that it is outdated.

Credit Justice Inc.'s one time fee is $499 regardless of the number of items you need disputed!

(Joint accounts will be credited a discount of $100.00. Example: if husband and wife both sign up for services within a 30 day period, the $100.00 credit will bring their new total owed to $898.00.)

Once you have completed the Dispute Worksheet please forward it along with the Fee Agreement to Credit Justice Inc. as soon as possible. Be advised that Credit Justice Inc. cannot dispute any items that you know to be accurate and you agree not to ask us to dispute such items.

For the price of mailing letters and ordering credit reports, you can perform this service yourself. If you have the time, knowledge, and patience to challenge credit-reporting errors, we encourage you to do so.

Once Credit Justice Inc. receives your completed Fee Agreement and Dispute Worksheet we will immediately dispute the derogatory items that you have selected. This process involves sending a dispute letter for each derogatory item to the applicable credit bureau or bureaus (Equifax, Experian, Trans Union). Keep in mind that 1 derogatory item could involve 3 separate letters if it is being reported by all three agencies.

Note that once your personal secure web page is established you may view your credit report information there at any time. The 3 credit reporting agencies will be sending you correspondence reflecting the results of the dispute letters that were sent on your behalf. You will be receiving correspondence or updated credit reports within 30 to 45 days from the time you submit your Fee Agreement and Dispute Worksheet to Credit Justice, Inc. The agencies will send this information directly to you, none of the information will be sent to Credit Justice, Inc.

You will be billed and charged the amount you have agreed to pay based on the Fee Agreement. Credit Justice, Inc. will charge your bank account or credit card approximately 7-10 days after receipt of your Fee Agreement and Dispute Worksheet. You will not be billed until Credit Justice Inc. has completed all services. The exact date that you will be billed and charged will be posted on your personal web page. If necessary you may chose to set up payment installments with a minimum payment of $124.75 per month until all fees are paid in full. The first payment will be due approximately 7-10 days after receipt of the Fee Agreement and Dispute Worksheet. Joint accounts will be totaled together on one billing and will only be charged the $124.75 per month until the balance is paid in full. If any form of payment you supply is un-collectable for any reason, Credit Justice Inc. will charge you a dishonored payment fee of the lesser of $20.00 or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

Credit Justice Inc. does not offer a refund once service has been provided nor do we guarantee the results of the credit repair process. Credit Justice Inc. cannot guarantee any exact outcome to a client's case. This would be like a defense attorney guaranteeing that a jury would find his client not guilty. You have the right to cancel this agreement in writing within five (5) business days of signing the Fee Agreement and Dispute Worksheet as stated in the Cancellation Rights. Credit Justice Inc. reserves the right to designate which person shall perform the various aspects of services for the client. The client understands and agrees that the person(s) involved in the credit repair process may view his/her file. The person(s) involved have been instructed as to the sensitive and confidential nature of client's information and have agreed to treat such information accordingly.

Client agrees to appoint the Firm as attorney-in-fact for Client for the purpose of services to be rendered per this Agreement. Client shall expressly appoint the Firm as such by execution of the attached APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY-IN-FACT (Limited Power of Attorney). Further, by execution of this Agreement, Client acknowledges receipt of the Firm’s Consumer Credit File Rights under Federal and State Law and the Firm’s Right to Cancel and related Notice to Cancel.

The Firm reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Client misrepresents or fails to disclose material facts; fails to pay fees and expenses when due; for conduct making it unreasonably difficult or unethical to represent Client; or, for any other just cause. If permission for withdrawal is required by the court, the Firm shall promptly apply for such permission and termination shall coincide with the filing of appropriate documentation with the court for withdrawal.
